The benefits of a Sound Bath are incredible. A sound bath is a therapeutic practice that involves immersing oneself in the sounds and vibrations produced by various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. During a sound bath session, participants lie down or sit comfortably while the instruments are played in a way that creates a soothing and immersive sonic experience.
