MY STORY

"Pilates has helped me regain my core strength and body confidence."

For most of my life I worked in the fashion industry as a buyer. The fast pace, long hours and travel meant it was hard for me to find a balance between feeling good on the inside and out.

​

I have tried most exercise methods out there and have had periods where I thrive followed by periods where I plateau and feel frustrated with my lack of progress.

​

It wasn’t until becoming a mum that I discovered Pilates. I instantly fell in love with the practice. The results I saw and felt were amazing. Its helped me regain my core strength and body confidence. This is why I decided to become a pilates instructor and share my passion with others.

​

Pilates is one of the most transformative exercises that you can do for your body. It helps you to create sustainable and lasting results. My focus as a Pilates instructor is making the most of your workout through focusing on technique and posture.
